Products Description

LZQ is an OEM factory for all kinds of shaver blades, such as Endoscopic/Arthroscopic Shaver blade P259, Bone Drill Point P227, Bone Fetcher P165, Drill Bit 096, ect.    


     We use the material of stainless steel and ceramic.


     We are capable to produce any shaver blades according to drawings or samples provided by customer with a favorable cost-performance.

       Ultra-high anti-rust & high wear-resistant , high hardness, high impact, high toughness stainless steel, with excellent anti-rust capability, corrosion resistance, wear resistance (high hardness) performance and ideal impact resistance.. Its excellent corrosion resistance is comparable to TYPE 304 Stainless steel; and its rust resistance is closer to alloy for surgical implant. Unmarked, with 5% Neutral salt spray test (ASTM B117), it doesn't rust after 1000 hours. Wide range of applications, quite good and stable quality, which can be used to produce extremely complex, high-precision shank shapes and profile ultra-sharp edge structures.

        The Vitro (cytotoxicity) test verifies that the material does not have any potential cytotoxicity and therefore can safely contact human tissue, body fluids or blood, and meets all relevant allergy and skin irritation test standards.

We generally don't participate in any design, application and supporting certification services of medical tools. We mainly grind high-hardness materials after heat treatment, supplemented by EDM, sodick/+GF+WEDM, grind or polish after non-traditional turning processs, so with excellent concentricity ◎, cylindricity, circumferential vibration tolerance and full vibration tolerance. We can use any kind of imported high-quality materials and hard-grind to mold after heat treatment, or customers could provide us raw material after heat treatment to do hard-grinding. As long as you have samples with best work performance and express clear about the requirements of key attention, LZQ can test all parameters concerned by your esteemed company, and use the same or higher-quality materials to mold the geometric of different grades or higher precision grades and process by CBNC superhard superfinishing, which can make products that completely exceed quality of the existing international first-class-brand ones if only the design concept is appropriate.
